Programme Aims

The Wellbeing Education Network aims to equip children and young people with the emotional understanding, resilience, and practical life‑skills they need to thrive. We deliver age‑appropriate mental health education, wellbeing strategies, and essential first aid training that help learners stay safe, manage stress, and understand their emotions. Through early intervention, confidence‑building activities, and targeted support programmes, we empower young people to feel capable, informed, and confident in their everyday lives.
